Who we are and what we do
Drain Master is a family owned and operated plumbing business spanning 3 generations since 1950.
The original trading name, Merrylands Plumbing Service, was changed to Drain Master in 2006 to better promote its specialist service and allow greater geographical penetration.
Drain Master is Sydney's most reputable emergency and preventative maintenance plumbing company, offering unrivalled experience and expertise in plumbing, drainage, gas fitting and hot water service.
Trade licences
Drain Master holds Gold contractor licence no A1281 with contractor licence no L276 as nominee.
Insurances
Drain Master is fully insured for workers compensation and public liability.
Occupational health & safety
Drain Master's service technicians are trained in OH&S height safety, confined space awareness, C.C.T.V. operations, electronic pipe location and high pressure water jet cleaning.
Service technicians and personnel
Drain Master employs only fully trained tradesmen who demonstrate a willingness to be punctual and please all our clients and wear our uniform with pride.
Drain Master invests heavily in the ongoing training of apprentices to ensure future quality tradesmen.
Administration
Drain Master has three managers and two office staff who are fully conversant with all administrative procedures, including OH&S requirements, programmed maintenance schedules and activation of prompt responses to customer inquiries, emergency calls and dispatch.
